Similarity acquisition of function-structure feature template for configurable products based on subgraph isomorphism

摘要 针对核心型定制产品功能结构特征模板及可配置产品需求实现的特点,讨论了基于事物特性表的可配置产品功能结构模型及其功能结构特征模板的形式化表达,给出了子图同构定义、属性及最大同构子图获取算法。在此基础上,提出了基于子图同构的可配置产品功能结构相似度实现算法。上述算法已在液压机YF32-3150KN系列产品功能结构特征相似性获取中得到具体应用,实践表明了该方法的有效性。 Aiming at characteristics of feature template of kernel-customization product function-structure and realization requirements for configurable product, product function-structure model and feature template were formally described based on the tabular layouts of article characteristics. The similarity algorithm of product function-structure based on subgraph isomorphism was presented based on the definition & attributes of subgraph isomorphism and the algorithm of maximum subgraph isomorphism. Finally, the algorithm was applied in the similarity aquisition of product function-structure model for the hydraulic machinery of YF32-3150KN serials, which revealed the effective- ness of the algorithm.
