摘要
为保证飞机大部件自动化对接装配的安全性、可靠性和经济性,提出了面向装配系统现场设备的故障维修策略。在分析维修目标的基础上,构建了维修决策的数据模型。通过层次分析法、残缺判断矩阵处理机制和相容矩阵分析法,实现了设备故障实例各准则和指标权重的合理配置。基于数据标准化技术,由失效模式与影响分析故障描述,导出了故障风险度的评价模型。针对不同类别设备可靠性设计的差异性,引入综合维修模式,采用灰色聚类实现维修决策。该决策已应用在飞机大部件自动化对接装配系统中,提高了系统稳定性,降低了设备故障风险,同时控制了维修费用,并形成了维修策略知识库。
To ensure security, reliability and efficiency of aircraft automatic join-assembly, failure maintenance strategy oriented to assembly system spot equipment was proposed. Based on analysis of maintenance objectives, the data model for maintenance decision was established. Towards the goal of reasonable weights' configuration for individual rule or index, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), incomplete judgment mechanism, together with tolerance matrix method was introduced. Thus, evaluation model for risk priority number was deduced by utilizing the methods of failure mode ~ effect analysis and standarization technology. In consideration of different engineering philosophy towards equipment reliability, comprehensive maintenance decision was achieved upon grey clustering. This methodology was applied in the aircraft automatic joint-assembly system, the system robustness was improved, failure risk was reduced, maintenance cost was controlled, and a maintenance knowledge database was obtained.
