摘要
人群暴露于无机砷后,可增加皮肤癌、肺癌和膀胱癌等肿瘤的发病率,但按标准的动物致癌实验方法,至今尚未建立无机砷诱发的动物肿瘤模型。小鼠经口染毒,三价无机砷的半数致死量(median lethal dose,LD50)值比大鼠高1倍,慢性毒性实验发现其对大鼠毒性也明显比小鼠高。这些因物种不同而表现出的差异可能与各物种蓄积砷的能力不同有关,因此,本研究通过饮水给予雄性大鼠和小鼠三价无机砷,观察砷在大小鼠各组织中的分布,探讨大小鼠各组织之间蓄积砷能力的差异。
