摘要
通常观测资料质量评比,总是先设置n个小项,再将每一小项打分,最后相加给出结果,这种作法的弊病有二:一是不同量纲相加没有确定的物理意义,二是不能兼顾重点评价。为避免上述弊病,本文应用一定的数学方法首先去掉量纲,最后运用“addproduct”,“maxproduct”两个算子等权平均给出最终评价结果。
The common method of criterion of comparison and assessing on quality of observation data is that n items were set up first,then the marks on every items were given,finally all marks were added up.There are two maladies in the method.First is that adding up dimenisions do not show definite physical sense,second is that it can not give consideration to the key assessment.The paper proposed a new method,it is that the dimenision was not used,but two operators of “add-product” and “max-product” were used to isoweighted average.
