质粒介导16SrRNA甲基化酶在奇异变形杆菌临床分离株的流行情况研究

摘要 到目前为止,在革兰阴性杆菌中已发现ArmA、RmtA、RmtB、RmtC、RmtD和NpmA6种16SrRNA甲基化酶,且编码这些酶的基因通常和超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)基因共处一个质粒上,通过质粒在不同的菌株之间播散。
