骶髂关节复合体损伤治疗方式的进展

Sacroiliac joint complex injury in the progress of treatment

骶髂关节复合体是躯干与下肢负荷传递的枢纽,不稳定型骨盆骨折常涉及骶髂关节损伤。骶髂关节损伤的治疗效果对骨盆功能的恢复有决定意义。对于骶髂关节损伤的治疗临床报道方法较多,各家报道疗效不同。本文复习了大量的相关文献后对涉及骶髂关节损伤的治疗进行综述,以期待对临床治疗有所借鉴。

Sacroiliac joint complex is the hub transmission load of trunk and lower limb, unstable pelvic fracture always involves the sacroiliac joint injury. The efficacy of the treatment for sacroiliac joint injury is significant for the recover of pelvic function. There is a lot of methods of treatment for sacroiliac joint injury which can be found in clinical reports, and the efficacy of each treatmeant is not the same. In this paper,a large number of related literature on the sacroiliac joint injury involving treatment has been reviewed,which could benifit some of the clinical treatment.
