用PC(386以上)计算机替代TM-6数字集成电路测试系统主机I-100,并开发了相应的接口卡及系统软件,解决了I-100主机故障增多、8″软盘难以买到及测试效率低问题。

Replacing the 1-100 computer of TM6 digital IC test system with PC (386 or above). Developing its corresponding interface card and system software. It resolve the three problems in the following that I-100 computer exist: 1. low test efficiency;2. low reliability;3. its 8' floppy disk hardly be bought now.
