摘要
排列互比法实现两个圆分度器件互检时操作繁复,工作量大。针对此缺点,本文提出采用排列常角法实现正多面棱体和多齿分度台角分度误差的互检,不需要在每个测回完成后改变两个圆分度器件的相对位置,从而简化了互检过程,缩短了测量时间。详细介绍了互检原理以及操作步骤,实验装置的设计;给出了正多面棱体和多齿分度台角分度误差互检的实验数据,并对测量结果的随机误差进行了分析和计算。最后通过两种实验方法结果的对比,验证了本方法的正确性。
Referring to the disadvantage of permutation intercomparision method, such as complex operation and heavy workload in mutual check of two circle dividing devices, permutation ruled angle method is used to realize the mutual check of angular deviation for regular polygonal prism and precise angle dividing table. After each serial measurement, it is not necessary to change the relative position of the two pitch circle devices, so the process of mutual check is simplified and the measuring time is shortened. The mutual check principle and operation steps, the design of experimental device were introduced in detail, and the experimental data of the mutual check for regular polygonal prism and precise angle dividing table were presented. Furthermore, the random errors of the measurement results were analyzed and calculated. At last, by comparing the results of two different experiments, the correctness of this method was verified.
