提高武钢三烧余热锅炉蒸汽产量的生产实践

摘要 介绍武钢三烧360 m2烧结机环冷烟气余热利用的工作原理、工艺流程及主要工艺技术参数,分析影响提高蒸汽产量的原因,根据自身实践提出应对措施。开发余热利用在节能降耗、发展循环经济方面具有现实意义。 The working principle, process flow and main technological parameters of the residual heat utilization of the recirculated cooling fume from the 360m^2 sintering machine in No. 3 Sintering Plant of WISCO is described, the origin affecting the increase of the steam output analyzed and the counter measures put forward on the basis of the actual practice. It's of great significance in the fields of reclamation of the residual heat, saving energy and reducing consumption as well as development of the cyclic economy.
