摘要
介绍辊底式加热炉在CSP工艺中的主要作用与所用耐火浇注料的技术性能要求,综述国内辊底式加热炉用耐火浇注料炉辊的研究进展,探讨辊底式加热炉国产化发展方向。
The present paper introduces the main roles the roller hearth reheating furnace plays in the CSP process and the technological requirements of the castables used in the furnace and reviews the evolvement of research on the castables and hearth rollers and probes into the direction of development in the home made roller hearth reheating furnace.
