摘要
玻璃窑炉温度系统是一个大惯性、大滞后并具有非线性特征的变参数系统,难以建立精确的数学模型,而且窑炉在运行过程中受到多种扰动因素的影响,传统的PID控制难以满足对窑炉温度控制的高性能要求。本文将引入预测控制中的一种典型控制算法-动态矩阵控制(DMC)算法,提出把此算法应用到玻璃窑炉温度系统中.针对窑炉温度系统的特性进行了参数的设计研究,最后对窑炉温度系统进行了仿真。结果表明该算法具有响应速度快﹑跟踪性能好﹑鲁棒性和抗干扰性强的优点,非常适合于工业上大滞后控制系统。
Glass furnace temperature system is a large inertia, large time delay and non-linear characteristics of the variable parameters of the system, it is difficult to establish a precise mathematical model and the operation process of the furnace is affected by a variety of disturbance factors, the traditional PID control is difficult to meet the performance requirements on the furnace temperature control. In this paper, Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC) algorithm in predictive control is introduced, and it is applied to the glass furnace temperature system. The parameters on the characteristics of the furnace temperature system are designed, and the simulation to furnace temperature system is made finally. The results show that the algorithm has the quality of fast response, good track quality,good robust and the advantages of strong antiinterference, which is well adjusted to the large time delay system in industrial process control.
