阐述了森林经营方案编制的意义和作用,并针对森林经营方案编制和实施过程中存在的问题提出了合理化建议。
The significance and function of compiling forest management plan is described in this paper,and the reasonable suggestions have been put forward in view of the problems during compiling and implementing forest management plan.
