三氯乙酸灌洗治疗中大型颌骨囊肿

Effects of irrigation treatment on medium and large size of cysts of the jaws using trichloroacetic acid

目的探讨颌骨囊肿35%三氯乙酸灌洗保守治疗的临床效果。方法采用35%(W/V)三氯乙酸对52例中大型颌骨囊肿进行灌洗治疗,同时尽量保存波及的牙齿,手术后进行随访,并进行X线检查。结果经临床应用52例,2次治愈的41例,3次治愈8例,3例治疗3次后囊肿缩小经手术切除后治愈。所有病例1,2,5年连续X线复查均无复发征象。除3例最后手术切除外,余49例均达到了消除病变、保留牙齿的目的,最大限度地保存了牙齿及颌骨的生理功能。结论35%三氯乙酸灌洗治疗是中大型颌骨囊肿治疗的较理想的方法。

Objective To investigate the effects of irrigation treatment on medium and large size of cysts of the jaws by using 35% （W/V） trichloroacetic acid. Methods Fifty-two patients with medium and large size of cysts of the jaws were treated with irrigation of 35% trichloroacetic acid, meanwhile the involved teeth were conserved uttermostly. After the treatment, all cases underwent X-ray examination every year. Results Of 52 cases ,41 cases cured after 2 times of irrigation,8 cases cured after 3 times,and 3 cases under- went operation after cyst lessening by irrigation for 3 times. No case recurred after 1- ,2- ,5-year follow-up by X-ray examination. Except that 3 cases underwent the operation, the other cases removed the lesion, conserved the teeth on the area, and kept uttermostly the form and function of the jaw. Conclusion Irrigation treatment by using of 35% trichloroacetic acid for medium and large size of cysts of the jaws is a better method.
