摘要
在关于科学发展观的"第一要义"和"核心"二者之间的关系与地位问题上,目前存在着一定程度的争议,加之"GDP崇拜"和对"发展才是硬道理","效率优先、兼顾公平"等提法的偏颇理解,对"发展"和"以人为本"的相互关系存在着相当程度的忽略、漠视和误读。探讨二者的关系,对于解答相关的思想困惑及解决很多现实社会实践中的"两难"局面都有重大意义。
At present, there is a certain controversy about the relationship and the status between the ＂first meaning＂ and the ＂core＂ of the scientific development view： Additionally, the ＂GDP-worship＂ and inappropriate understanding of the ＂development as last word＂ and the ＂efficiency first, equity second＂ lead to many incorrect points of the relationship between the ＂development＂ and the ＂human-oriented issue＂. The discussion will be significant to answer the related questions and cope with real dilemma situations.
