摘要
马兰矿广场锅炉房共有5台20 t蒸汽锅炉,主要为该矿及选煤厂工业区供热。锅炉原动力控制系统存在:技术落后,设备启动电流大,浪费电能,噪音污染严重,线路复杂,运行不稳定,保护不全,设备维护费用高、工人劳动强度大等缺点。为此,经过调研和论证,对锅炉动力控制系统进行了改造,既保证了锅炉安全运行又节约了能源,同时降低了噪音污染。
There are five 20t boiler steam boilers in Malan mine square boiler room. They supply heat mainly for industry district of Malan coal mine and coal preparation plant. The boiler control system has many disadvantages: the control technology is backward, starting current of equipment is big, energy is wasted, noise pollution is serious, control circuit is complex, running is unstable, protection is not complete, the cost of safeguarding equipment is more, labor intensity is big. Therefore, make the research and demonstration fully. On the basis, transform the dynamic control system. That can guarantee the safe operation of the boiler, save the energy and reduce the noise pollution.
