By combining with the construction practice in recent years, the paper analyzes the reasons for the leakage in external walls in residential projects, points out some relative precautions and treatment measures, and controls strictly every points by adopting the advanced and scientific craft and new materials, so as to reduce the chance of the similar common diseases, and to improve the quality of the architectural projects.
