摘要
根据我国建筑施工企业激励机制存在的问题,提出了国有建筑施工企业应该从薪酬激励、目标、价值激励和人文激励以及建立良好的企业文化和适当运用负激励机制几个方面建立起适应本企业特色、具有时代特点和职工需求的多角度、多层次开放的激励体系,以使企业在激烈的竞争中保持持续稳定的发展。
According to the problems in the incentive mechanism in architectural enterprises in our country, the paper points out the stateowned enterprises should establish the multi-angle and multi-evel incentive system which is fit for the characteristics of enterprises with era characteristics and workers' needs from some aspects, such as the compensation incentive, purposes, the value incentive and human encourage, the enterprise culture and the negative incentive mechanism, so as to keep the lasting stability and development of enterprises in fierce competition.
