摘要
介绍了项目安全控制的含义,针对造成事故发生的人、物、环境和管理四个因素,从控制人的不安全行为、控制物的不安全状态、改善作业环境、科学管理四方面阐述了建筑施工项目安全控制的方法和措施,以期将事故隐患消除在萌芽状态。
The meanings of safety control of project are introduced. According to four factors caused the accident： human, machine, environment and management, practical safety control method and measures are elaborated from four aspects of controlling the unsafe behavior of human, controlling the unsafe state of machine, improving working environment and scientific management, in order to eliminate hidden dangers in rudimentary stage.
