针对建设单位在项目开发过程中风险管理的现状,分析了设计、招投标、施工、后期服务等阶段所存在的影响工程建设项目成本的风险,提出了建设单位在设计、招投标、施工、竣工验收等阶段关于开发风险管理的措施,以做好风险分析与管理。

Aiming at the current situation of the risk management of the construction enterprise in the project development process, it analyzes the risk of having influences on project construction cost in stages of design, bidding, construction and pst-service, and provides measures about developing risk management of the construction enterprise in stages of design, bidding, construction, completion acceptance and overall registration, so as to do well risk analysis and management.
