摘要
结合工作经验,总结了当前建筑市场造价管理中存在的问题,从加强造价工程师队伍建设入手,提出了应对新形势下造价管理需要的各项对策,以期合理确定和有效控制工程造价,提高投资效益。
Combined with working experience, the problems existing in present architectural market cost management were generalized, it started from strengthening cost engineer group construction, various countermeasures of cost management in the new situation were proposed, so as to proper determine and control effectively engineering cost and enhance investingefficiency.
