摘要 通过构建ERP选型指标体系,利用层次分析法确定指标权重,修正了传统的上、中、下3类形态灰数白化权函数,结合灰统计法与模糊评价法建立了综合评价模型。应用所建立的评价模型对某应用企业3种候选的ERP系统进行综合评价,3种系统得分(10分制)分别是7.174、6.682和7.006。说明ERP系统适用性综合评价体系能够较好地克服选型决策过程中信息的灰性和专家判断的模糊性,选型效果良好。 This paper aims to set up ERP Applicable Comprehensive Evaluation System, and carries out an analysis of ERP selection decision by means of ERP Selection Index System and the index weighing by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The paper also does some modifications to whiten weight function of the traditional upper-middle-lower shaped grey numbers so as to set up a comprehensive evaluation model by grey statistics and fuzzy evaluation system. After giving the comprehensive evaluation on three selected ERP systems of an enterprise, we've got the results that the scores ( 10 points) are 7. 174, 6. 682 and 7. 006 respectively. So the conclusion is that ERP Applicable Comprehensive Evaluation System can better overcome the grey character of information and the fuzziness of expert judgments in the process of ERP selection decision, and the selection has a desired effect.
