Effect of NiO on the Catalytic Performance of Au/TiO_2 Catalyst for Hydrogen Production from Methanol Steam Reforming

摘要 采用沉积—沉淀方法制备了一系列Au—NiO/TiO2催化剂,考察了助剂NiO的加入量、焙烧温度对催化活性的影响。研究表明:助剂NiO的加入可以明显提高Au—NiO/TiO2催化甲醇水蒸汽重整制氢的活性;Au与NiO的配比存在最佳值,当Au负载量(质量分数)为2%,Au与NiO的质量比为1∶5时,催化效果最佳;2%Au—10%NiO/TiO2催化剂的催化活性随焙烧温度的升高而降低。 A series of Au/TiO2 catalysts were prepared by the deposition - precipitation method. The influences of NiO loading and calcination temperature on the catalytic activity of Au/TiO2 catalysts for the hydrogen production from methanol steam reforming were studied. The results show that NiO promoter can enhance the catalytic activity of methanol steam reforming; Au-NiO/ TiO2 with 2% Au loading, in which Au/NiO weight ratio is 1 : 5 exhibits the optimal catalytic performances; the activity of the 2% Au-10%NiO/TiO2 catalyst decreases with the increase of the calcination temperature.
