摘要
宽场光学相干断层成像技术(WFOCT)是一种非侵入式、高分辨率层析成像技术。为了研究WFOCT的关键技术并使WFOCT系统具有较高的横向分辨率,从宽场光学相干断层成像系统的基本原理出发,研究探讨了WFOCT技术中系统的横向分辨率问题,分析了影响该系统横向分辨率的主要因素,对WFOCT系统成像通用的实验方法进行了进一步的研究。通过实验调试和状态分析,给出了获得较为清晰、横向分辨率较高的样品图像的系统成像状态。实验证明,系统的横向分辨率受系统的成像状态和振动因素影响很大。
Wide-field optical coherence tomography (WFOCT) is one kind of non-intrusive micro- imaging technology with high-resolution. In order to investigate the key technologies in WFOCT and to obtain higher transverse resolution, the system transverse resolution in WFOCT has been studied and discussed based on the principle of wide-field optical coherence tomography system. Main factors effecting on the transverse resolution have been analyzed. The common experimental method for the research of a WFOCT system has also been further explored. By adjusting imaging states and analyzing the results, an imaging state to achieve clearer sample images with a higher transverse resolution is given, and it is showed that the system transverse resolution is affected obviously by the imaging states and vibration effects.
