烟花爆竹药剂中氯酸盐现场鉴别的一种新方法

为解决烟花爆竹行业急需的适合现场使用的禁用药剂氯酸盐定性鉴别问题,研究了一种具有安全环保、携带方便、简便快速的氯酸盐定性鉴别新方法。在新方法中,研制了适合现场使用的"快测灵"试剂盒,内含"快测灵"显色液、滤纸、说明书。实验结果表明:新方法选择性好、抗干扰能力强、易判别、安全环保、适合现场使用,与目前国标盐酸苯胺方法定性结果完全一致。

A new qualitative analysis method suitable for spot use on chlorate in Fireworks And Firecrackers medicament was studied to satisfy the urgent requirement of the Fireworks And Firecrackers industries. This method is characterized by safe and environment friendly, convenient to carry, simple and rapid. In this method, the “kuai ce ling” reagent box was developed, which consists of “kuai ce ling” chromogenic agent, filter paper and manual. The result show： the new method is suitable for spot use with high selectivity, good anti-interference, easy discrimination, safe and environment friendly, and in accord with the national standard method for the qualitative determination of the aniline hydrochloride completely.
