Schooling model in industrial age is teaching-centered and the school performance has reached its upper limit .In order to keep up with the development of society, the school system must make a transition to a new S-curve.when the S1 curve moves to an S2 curve, there is a discontinuity. How to get rid of the old schooling model and use the total system design to bring up the new generation in the new period？ Perhaps the Florida School year 2000 Initiative is a useful attempt which is worth considering.
