摘要
市场经济条件下,市场环境的变化速度日益加快,对雇佣关系的灵活性要求越来越高,具有非明文性或暗示性特点的心理契约开始在企业的人力资源管理策略中扮演越来越重要的角色。文章以心理契约的相关理论为基础对企业人力资源管理的策略进行了分析研究。
Along with the increasingly rapid variation of market environment under the market economy, the requirement for the flexi- bility of employment relationship get higher and higher, and the psychological contract which has the characteristic of non -explicity and implication begins to play the more and more important role in the management strategy of enterprise human resource. Taking the relevant theory of psychological contract as the basis, the paper studies the management strategy of enterprise human resource.
