三种女贞叶片几个抗性生理指标的比较分析

Comparison of Some Stress-resistant Physiological Indexes of Three Kinds of Privet Leave

为给女贞、金叶女贞和金边女贞在北方干旱、半干旱地区的栽培与管理提供理论依据,对这三种女贞的部分抗性生理指标进行了比较试验。结果表明:三种女贞叶片的渗透调节物质含量和束缚水与自由水的比值存在差异,这是影响其抗低温能力的主要因素;其角质层厚度和气孔密度与大小也有差异,这是影响其抗旱能力的主要因素;女贞的抗低温和抗旱能力均较强,金叶女贞的抗旱能力较差,金边女贞的抗旱能力较强而其抗低温能力较差。

Some stress resistant physiological indexes of the leaves of three Ligustrum species were compared to provide theoretical basis for cultivation management in arid and semi-arid area in north China. The results showed that there were differences between the contents of osmotic regulators and the rate of bound water/free water of three kinds of privets leaves, it was the main reason that affects its anti-cold ahility; there were differences among cuticle thickness, stornas density and size of the leaves, it was the main reason that affects its anti-drought ability. Glossy privet has stronger ability in anti-cold and anti-drought, the anti-drought ability of golden leaf privet was weaker than other kinds, that of golden fringe privet is stronger, while its anti-cold ability was weaker.
