桉树为我国南方重要的速生、丰产、短周期工业原料林。近年来,桉树速生丰产林基地在江西省得到了迅猛的扩大。然而,人们对桉树的生境还不甚了解,对发展桉树的认识也存在一些分歧。认为发展桉树应以科学发展观为指导,正确认识桉树生长及其对环境因子的影响问题,把握其关键所在;在江西省的桉树适生区内,应合理布局,集约经营,科学发展。

Eucalyptus is an important fast-growing, high yield, short-cycle industrial raw material forest in south China. In recent years, Eucalyptus plantation base in Jiangxi province expanded rapidly. However, there are some censures about the development of Eucalyptus for the incomprehension of the Eucalyptus habitat. It is suggested that the development of Eucalyptus should be directed by scientific development view to correctly know the influence of Eucalyptus growth on environmental factors, and the plantation should be distributed reasonably, managed intensively, and developed scientifically.
