摘要 用酸性纤维素酶对大麻/棉(60/40)混纺针织物进行整理,通过正交实验得到酶处理的最优工艺。在酶处理最优工艺的基础上结合有机硅柔软整理,通过测试织物的硬挺度,得到酶与有机硅复合整理的最合适工艺为:酶处理(酶用量3%,温度55℃,时间30 min和pH值5),然后10 g/L氨基改性有机硅溶液处理,最后105℃下焙烘4 min。 Hemp/cotton (60/40) blended knitted fabric was treated by acid cellulase finishing. The optimized technical process was determined by orthogonal experiments. On the basis of perfect cellulase finishing, silicone finishing was used in treating fabric. With testing the bending stiffness property of acid cellulase and silicone composite finishing fabric, the optimum technical process (3% enzyme load, temperature of 55℃, treating time of 30 min, pH as 5; amino modification organic silicon solution treating of 10 g/L; baking temperature of 105℃ for 4 min) was found.
