摘要
石化装置涂层水冷器已经历20余年的应用,涂装工艺已基本成熟。2007年发布了SH/T3540-2007《钢制换热设备管束复合涂层施工及验收规范》,但其中有若干条文与内容值得商榷,主要对涂装前处理、涂层厚度和涂层耐温性等进行了讨论,并对涂层水冷器施工和涂料提出了展望。
The coated water coolers have been applied in the process units in petrochemical operation for more than 20 years, and coating process has been commercially proven. In 2007, ＂standard for eonstruction and Inspection of Composite Coating of Steel Heat Exchanger Tubes＂ SI-I/T3540 -2007 was enacted. Some items in the standard need to be discussed. The pretreatment of coating before application, the coating thickness and thermal resistance are studied and construction of coated water cooler and coating materials are overviewed.
