清洗缓蚀剂YSW602的研制与性能评价

Preparation and Performance Evaluation of Corrosion Inhibitor YSW602 for On-line Cleaning of Cooling Water System

研制了一种循环水不停车清洗缓蚀剂YSW602,并采用静态和动态试验方法对其缓蚀性能进行了评价。结果表明,在时间为48 h的动态评价试验中,被监测的换热管腐蚀速率为0.29 g/m^2·h,低于HG/T2387-1992《工业设备化学清洗质量标准》中的规定。

A corrosion inhibitor, YSW602, was prepared for on - line cleaning of cooling water system, and the corrosion inhibition performance was tested by static and dynamic experiments. The results demonstrated that the corrosion rate of the test tube in the monitored heat exchanger was 0.29g/（ m2 · h） within 48 hours＂ tests, which was lower than the specifications of HG/T2387 - 1992 ＂Standard Quality of Chemical cleaning of Equipment in Industry＂.
