表面蒸发式空气冷却器管束腐蚀及防护

摘要 表面蒸发式空气冷却器是一种节水和节能的高效冷却设备。但是这种类型的空气冷却器存在管束外腐蚀问题,是其大规模工业应用的主要技术瓶颈。文章依据空气冷却器管束外壁垢层化学成分分析结果并结合实际工作状况对其腐蚀机理进行了分析。提出了改善循环冷却水水质、添加缓蚀剂、控制微生物繁殖、换热管外表面防腐蚀和换热管材质升级等防护措施,并指出了这类设备的防腐蚀发展方向。 Surface evaporative air cooler is a high - efficiency water - and energy - saving equipment. The external corrosion of the air cooler tubes has become the bottle - neck in its application in large commercial units. The corrosion mechanisms is analyzed based upon the analysis of chemical compositions of the fouling on the external surface of cooler tubes. Effective corrosion control measures are suggested such as improvement of cooling water quality, addition of corrosion inhibitor, control of micro - organism growth, corrosion protection of heat transfer tubes and upgrading of tube materials etc.
