摘要
文章对中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司聚丙烯有限责任公司制氢装置的氧气分离洗涤器底部焊缝热影响区发生开裂的原因进行了分析。分析结果表明,该氧气分离洗涤器焊接热影响区开裂是应力腐蚀破坏,焊接残余应力是造成应力腐蚀破坏的主要因素。同时指出首先在设计和制造氧气分离洗涤器时,应考虑消除焊接残余应力;其次在生产过程中要优化操作,控制好碱液的温度和质量分数。采取这些措施后可使应力腐蚀得到有效控制。
The causes of corrosion cracking of welds heat affected urea at the bottom of oxygen separation scrubber in the hydrogen generation unit in SINOPEC Luoyang Petrochemical Company were analyzed. The results demonstrated that the cracking of weld heat affected area was the stress corrosion cracking (SCC), and welding residue stress was the major factor of SCC. It is recommended that, the release of welding residue stress be considered in the design and fabrication of oxygen separation scrubber and operation be optimized to control the temperature and mass percentage of caustic liquid. These measures can effectively bring the stress corrosion under control.
