摘要
采油平台井口管道是腐蚀高发部位。通过对井口管道进行材质分析、电镜分析、能谱分析、X射线衍射分析和电化学分析等方法对腐蚀形貌特征和腐蚀原因进行了研究。研究结果表明,导致A06H井失效管段内壁腐蚀的主要原因是紊流形成的冲刷腐蚀和电偶腐蚀共同作用的结果。
The well tube at the offshore oil production platform are easily subject to corrosion. The corrosion forms and causes are stud^ed by metallurgy analysis, SEM analysis, EDS analysis and X - ray fluorescent spectrometer, etc. The results show that the main cause of internal corrosion of tube wall in AO6H Well is the combination effect of impingement erosion of turbulent flow and galvanic corrosion.
