On the Aesthetic Factor of Mathematics and the Mathematical Beauty

本文引入一个新的概念——数学美因,即存在于数学中的、能够在数学审美活动中被感知、引起主体美感的客观品性,用于解释数学美现象。从审美评价的角度提出数学美包括数学的结构美、方法美和应用美三个方面,每个方面都包含了异常丰富的内容。

This paper introduces a new concept which is named aesthetic factor of mathe-matics,namely such several objective natures existing in mathematics and theycan be felt and arouse man's sense of beauty in the aesthetic activity of mathe-matics in order to explain the mathematical beauty.In addition,the author clearly shows from the point of view of aesthetic appraisal that,mathematical beauty displays in three part,i.e.mathematical structure,mathematical method andmathematical application,each contains rich and various contents.
