摘要
目的:临床观察丁苯酞治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法:对63例脑梗死患者进行丁苯酞治疗,并以63例随机对照。结果:治疗组总有效率93.7%,对照组总有效率79.4%,两者比较,差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死疗效肯定。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of butylphthalide on treating acute ischemic stroke. METHODS The 63 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated by butylphthalide and 63 patients as randomized control group. RESULIS After treatment, the total efficacy rates in the treatment and control groups were 93.7 %0 vs 79. 4%, with significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups （P〈0. 01 ）. CONCLUSION Butylphthalide is safe and effective in treating acute isechemic stroke.
