摘要
当前艺术类实验室存在工作人员不稳固、设备短缺、重复建设现象严重、管理机制不完善等现状。对此,应建立院级艺术实验中心,完善实验教学体系;建立适应时代要求的数字艺术实验室;建立开放型艺术实验室;抓项目搞科研,使实验室多功能化;建立专业的实验教师队伍,切实提高艺术实验教学效果;加强艺术实验室管理制度建设;组织参加各级实验评定、评估工作,以评促建。
The current conditions of art labs in universities are described as high staff turnover,shortage of equipment, repeated constructions and imperfection of administrative system. For tiffs mason, such institutions should be established. Those include： art experiment centers for each school,which serve to improve the experimental teaching system;digital art labs to gear universities with the times;and open art labs with multiple functions for researching scientific projects. Also, we need to employ teachers specialized in experimental teaching, efficiently enhancing the experimental art teaching. Additionally, we should strengthen the administrative system of art labs by imple-menting labevaluating procedures at all levels.
