The development of tourism and area collaboration should be solid - based on tourism resources and strengthen marketing alliance to establish the bright tourism image of the Beibu Gulf tourism circle; to construct three tourism function areas on the platform of＂4 ＋ 2＂tourism alliance city; to integrate tourism resources and create 5 major characteristic tourism products by connecting tourists, enterprises, personnel, information in the zone and offering protection in institutions and policies and so on.
