对各类型封闭式开关设备停送电安全技术措施进行安全性评价,并针对存在问题,提出相应的反事故措施——不同地点设备间的闭锁;闭锁装置缺陷的检查、评价和总结;验电用带电显示装置的开发等。

Safety assessment is made on the technical measure for power on/off safety of various enclosed switchgears. In view of the existing problems, corresponding anti-accident measures are presented, which include the interlock of equipment at different locations, the defect inspection, evaluation and summary of lock out device, and the development of display device for live part verification.
