辽宁县域产业园区发展对策

Development Strategy of Industrial Parks in Counties of Liaoning Province

产业园区的建设已经成为县域经济发展的推动力。当前,辽宁确定了以工业园区发展带动县域经济的工作方针。通过对辽宁省县域发展现状、存在问题的分析,针对其县域产业园区早期规划和产业集聚的系统发展提出政府与市场结合、拓展县域经济空间、加速产业集群和延伸产业链等发展对策。

The construction of industrial parks has become a driving force for the development of county economy.The policy that county economy should be driven by the development of industrial parks has been made in Liaoning Province.The present situation and existing problems of industrial parks in counties of Liaoning Province were introduced.Accordingly,the author proposes that,in order to enhance the development of industrial parks in Liaoning,we should combine the government and the market,expand the space of county economy, accelerate the process of industrial clustering and extend the industrial chain.
