人的现代化与法治是辩证统一的,人的现代化与法治应协调统一地发展。人的现代化与法治互为前提和基础。法治社会是由人构成的社会,离开了人的现代化就谈不上法治社会的现代化;而没有法治社会各方面的不断进步和发展,人的现代化也只能是一句空话。
