探讨乳腺癌保乳术后调强放疗摆位误差的剂量学影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究乳腺癌保乳术后调强放疗摆位误差对靶区内剂量的影响。方法使用电子射野影像系统(EPTD)在放疗初及放疗中对12例调强放疗的患者拍摄60辐射野图像,并与计划系统生成的标准射野数字重建图像(DRR)进行比较,测量每一位病人的平均摆位误差数值。比较每次调强放射治疗计划(治疗组)和参数误差纠正后制定的调强放射治疗计划(实验组)二者靶区剂量体积直方图差异。结果本组12例摆位误差在左右(x轴)和头脚(y轴)及前后(z轴)的平均移动误差分别为(0.8±6.2)mm、(3.4±4.2)mm和(1.7±1.2)mm。两组临床靶体积(CTV)的D95、V105%和V110%剂量经统计学处理无意义(P〉0.05)。结论乳腺癌就术后调强放疗PTV外放5mm是可行的。
