摘要
针对电弧炉的非线性、大滞后、强耦合、时变、工作环境及随机干扰较强的特点,提出了采用恒阻抗控制策略加以神经网络调节的控制器,来实现对电弧炉电极升降自动精确的控制,并应用于以西门子SIMELT AC系统为核心的高阻抗电弧炉自动化控制系统中,减少了电极短路、断弧和震荡,确保了生产设备高效、安全的运行。
Contraposing the characters of arc furnace non-linear, large-lag, strong coupling, time-varying, working environment and random interference, the constant-impedance control strategy and neural networks adjust were adopted to the controller, which realizes automatically and accurately control for electrode raise and lower. The controller was applied to automatic control system for high impedance arc furnace which adopts SIMELT AC system of Siemens. Therefore, it reduces the short-circuit, arc-broken,shaking of electrode and can be ensure efficiently and safely work for casting production equipment.
