摘要
介绍了在ControlNet现场总线网络环境下,采用数字化控制器、网络技术、热备冗余等技术对反应堆控制棒的控制与棒位监测系统(简称棒控棒位系统)原有的CMOS电路进行数字化设计,实现反应堆功率控制,提高了系统的可靠性及数据处理能力、集中监控能力。此外,模块化的硬件与软件设计,既使得故障定位更加方便,又增强了程序的可读性和实用性,减少了程序扫描时间,保证了系统响应速度。
The digital controller, network technology, redundancy technology were adopted to substitute the CMOS circuitry of the original rod control and position indication system to perform reactor power control in the ControlNet field-bus. The system reliability, ability in data processing and remote central monitoring are remarkably improved. Moreover, the modularized hardware and software design makes it more convenient to diagnose fault, and enhances the readability and usefulness of the procedure, shortens the program scanning time and quickens the response rate.
