引黄灌区综合生态系统管理与生态恢复对策探讨——以景泰县红跃村为例

Countermeasure Discussion on Integrated Ecosystem Management and Ecological Restoration of Yellow River Irrigation Area——Taking Hongyue Village in Jingtai County as an Example

引黄灌区景泰县红跃村在环境脆弱与经济发展低下的双重胁迫下,如何恢复退化土地,探索既适合环境保护又适应当地经济发展需求的战略对策至关重要。以综合生态系统管理理念为基础,提出了该地区以农户单元、社区单元和区域为尺度的综合生态系统管理,实施退化土地恢复与重建对策。研究表明,在引黄灌区生态环境脆弱区的生态系统服务价值功能远不足以维持系统的自我循环,导致生态环境恶化日趋严重。为此,必须科学分析该地区综合生态系统管理的现状与不足,并采取科学合理可行的综合生态系统管理,为生态—经济系统的协调可持续发展提供生态保障,为经济建设走出一条新路。

As for Hongyue Village of Jingtai County in Yellow River Irrigation Area, how to restore degraded land under the stress of vulnerable environment and low economic development, it is very important to explore strategy countermeasures and it is not only suitable for environmental protection, but also meet the needs of local economic development. An integrated ecosystem-based management concept, farmers in the region to unit, community unit and the regional scale integrated ecosystem management, the implementation of the rehabilitation of degraded land and recon- struction measures were put forward. The results showed that the value of ecosystem services in Yellow River Irrigation Area of vulnerable environment ecological fell far short of self-cycle maintenance of the system, resulting in deterioration of the ecological environment trend had become increasingly serious. Therefore, the status quo and weaknesses of ecosystem management in this region must be scientific analyzed, and a scientific, reasonable and practicable integrated ecosystem management was adopted in order to provide ecological protection for harmonious and sustainable development of e-cological-system, and develop the experiences for economic construction.
