摘要
在室内就4.5%瓢甲敌乳油施用于葡萄日本双棘长蠹的效果进行了毒力测定,测试该药剂对日本双棘长蠹越冬成虫的驱避杀伤情况。结果表明:施药后前2d,日本双棘长蠹成虫对施药枝段产生了强烈的忌避反应,忌避率为100%;施药后3~5d,忌避作用有所减弱,但仍达82.00%以上;施药后7~10d,忌避率为56.41%~74.36%。同一质量浓度下3种施药方法对日本双棘长蠹成虫的触杀效果依次为喷施法>涂刷法>爬行法;3种施药方法均表明,质量浓度为1.25g/L和1.00g/L时药效较好,两者间差异不显著,并显著高于0.83g/L和0.67g/L。
Toxicity determination on the effect of 4.5% Beta-cypermethrin EC to Sinoxylon japonicum was conducted in laboratory, repellent and cytotoxicity effect of 4.5% Beta-cypermethrin EC on Sinoxylon jcrponicum overwintering adults were determined, the results showed: after applying 4.5% Beta-cypermethrin EC for two days, Sinoxylon japonicum adult, repellent rate was 100%;after applying 4.5% Beta-cypermethrin EC for there to five days, repellent rate decreased, but still reached more than 82.00%; after applying 4.5% Beta-cypermethrin EC for seven to ten days, repellent rate was 56.41%-74.36%. The sequence of cytotoxicity effect on Sinoxylon japonicum applying three methods with the same concentration of Beta-cypermethrin as follows: the method of spraying Beta-cypermethrin on Sinoxylon japonicum with miniature sprayer〉 the method of brushing Beta-cypermethrin on instep and toe of Sinoxylon japonicum adult whose back adhered on the hardboard with writing brush 〉the method of letting Sinoxylon japonicum crawling dry filter paper dipped into Beta-cypermethrin, the result indicated that effect of 1.25 g/L and 1.00 g/L was better with 1.25 g/L and 1.00 g/L concentration Beta-cypermethrin, there is no significant difference between them, and higher than 0.83 g/L and 0.67 g/L.
