发展休闲体育 构建和谐江苏——江苏高校实施休闲体育教育的发展对策研究

Developing Leisure Sports and Constructing Harmonious Jiangsu——Study on Developing Countermeasures of Leisure Sports Education in Colleges and Universities in Jiangsu Province

随着现代休闲教育观念的提出,休闲教育已成为高等教育不可或缺的重要组成部分。大学体育有必要建构一种新的理念,在和谐的气氛中,达到增强体质,促进健康,培养高尚品质,满足精神追求及享受人生乐趣等目的。文章分析了江苏高校实施休闲体育教育的必要性,并提出了相应的途径。

With the concept of the modern leisure education be proposed, leisure education has become an important part of higher education. In a harmonious atmosphere, the college sport need to construct a new concept to enhance the health, promote health, train high quality, meet the spirit and the pursuit of pleasure and enjoy life, etc. and so on. This paper analyzes the necessity of implementing leisure sports education in colleges and universities in Jiangsu and provides the corresponding approaches.
