摘要
撑竿跳高教学是学校田径教学中综合素质要求最高,同时也是最具有锻炼价值的教学内容。结合多年的教学经验,从心理学的角度探讨教学中出现的心理现象和心理训练问题。
Pole vault teaching is the highest requirement for overall quality in school track and field teaching. It also has the most valuable exercise of teaching content. Combining with many years teaching experience, from the angle of psychology, this paper discusses the mental phenomena and training in teaching.
