奥运冠军早晚都要面对退役的命运,他们退役后的选择除了继续从事相关的专业工作,还有不少从事经商、行政管理或进入娱乐界。奥运冠军成功实现了从体育人到职业人的转型,这与他们不断的学习和积累是分不开的。本文选取了田径运动员王军霞,李宁运动品牌创始人体操王子李宁,中国乒乓球男队总教练刘国梁,国际奥组委委员邓亚萍为案例,对我国奥运冠军退役后的职业发展进行研究。
