Investigation on the Status of Human Resources of Expanded Program on Immunization in a City in 2009

[目的]调查某市免疫规划人力资源的配置现状,为科学配置免疫规划人力资源提供科学依据。[方法]调查该市疾病预防控制中心计划免疫人力资源状况,将数据录入数据库后进行统计分析。[结果]某市3区9县180个乡镇,从事免疫规划人员1 278人,其中市级疾控机构从事免疫规划人员8人,县级免疫规划工作人员141人,乡镇从事免疫规划人员1 129人。高级职称占1.7%,中级职称占27.3%,初级职称占53.6%,无职称占17.4%。大学本科学历占9.9%,大专学历占47.5%,中专学历占36.0%,高中以下者占6.6%。[结论]某市免疫规划工作人员现状难以满足形势的要求,卫生行政部门应在现有条件下通过适当的调控及合理配置,使免疫规划工作任务和人员相配套,以适应新时期扩大国家免疫规划工作的需要。

[Objective]To investigate the status of the deployment of Expanded Program on Immunization （EPI）, and provide scientific basis for scientific distribution of human resources for EPI. [Methods]The status of human resources deployment for EPI in Center for Disease Control and Prevention at different levels in the city was investigated. The data were input into data base and analyzed statistically. [Results]1278 EPI workers distributed in 3 districts, 9 counties and 180 townships of Linyi. Of them, there were 8 EPI workers in municipal CDC, 141 in CDC at county level and 1 129 in medical institutes at township level. The EPI workers with senior professional title accounted for 1.7 % ,middle professional title accounted for 27.3% ,primary professional title accounted for 53.6% and 17.4% of them had no professional title. 9.9 % of them had the education level of B. S degree,47.5 % had the educational level of college for technical training, 36.0 % of then had the educational level of secondary technical school and 6.6 % had the educational level at or under senior high school. [Conclusion]The distribution of EPI workers can not meet the requirement. Health administrative departments should adjust and arrange EPI workers reasonably in order to meet the national target.
